You NEED to leave an email in which we can contact you back and fourth about your custom inserts. If you are getting a full custom insert (Ex Logo) we need the following files:
- Image files in JPG/PNG (must be in high quality)
- Logos or designs - Ai, PSD, SVG
You will need to list what you want on your single piece insert in the custom box. If you want to upload an image or file to be used, make sure the image is as high quality as possible. If its a logo, preferably one of the types of files: Ai, PSD, SVG

- Select if you want Gloss or matte (if you want a matte ring/rings, letters or oval make sure to choose Matte, even if you're still wanting gloss finish on some other pieces as matte takes longer to produce)

- Choose what color insert
All of the paint colors can be made into matte colors. Ex. Matte RR (Ruby Red)

One Year Replacement Warranty
*Replacement orders will be replaced with the same order details, e.g. colour, font, design etc.
*Does not cover blatant abuse/tampering such as cutting, burning, direct and continued contact with pressure washer etc.
*Will not replace for wrong colour choice, please review, and verify your desired colour codes prior to purchasing. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about colour codes.
*Replacements will not be given for improper installation. Please read instructions in their entirety, then watch the YouTube video which will walk you through the process before you attempt to install yourself. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about installation.
Refunds & Returns
Currently, we do not offer refunds as each item is made to order to each persons individual vehicle. Once your order has entered into production, you can not cancel your item as we have started to produce it. Custom orders can not be refunded, or returned only replaced if there is any issue with the delivered products.
