Our process

At ISFP, we prioritize efficiency and convenience when it comes to shipping your orders. To streamline the process and focus on creating high quality products,  we partner with a trusted forwarder to handle our shipments. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Pickups

Every Monday (and soon wednesday), our forwarder picks up the packages from us. Since we are often busy managing other aspects of our business, we rely on our forwarder to handle all aspects of shipping (excluding packaging). This allows us to save valuable time and focus on what matters most—product creation.

Tracking

Due to the fast-paced nature of our business, we rely on our forwarder to manage all shipping logistics, from organizing shipments to coordinating deliveries. We take care of the packaging, while our forwarder handles the transportation and delivery process. This arrangement allows us to concentrate on what we do best—creating qaulity products.

Tracking Updates

Once tracking is provided, please allow up to 72 hours for updates. This time allows the postal system to properly scan and process your package. Due to the high volume of packages we drop off, there may be a delay in the tracking updates as the post office works through the batches. In some cases, the post office may allow the driver to drop off packages in large quantities, which are then sent to the main depot to be scanned all at once. This process can occasionally cause delays in updating the tracking status, but rest assured that your package is on its way.
