Our first priority is to serve customers, and retailers with the best quality items/products, and of course customer service.

All products are handmade, made to order, and personally verified for quality prior to shipping, but if you are unhappy with any item/product please contact us directly at this email.  Please include your Order Number, Name, and Address as well as the nature of your issue and any photographs you would like to include, and we will contact you directly to discuss your concerns so that we may rectify them.

One Year Replacement Warranty

*Replacement orders will be replaced with the same order details, e.g. colour, font, design etc.

*Does not cover blatant abuse/tampering such as cutting, burning, direct and continued contact with pressure washer etc.

*Will not replace for wrong colour choice, please review, and verify your desired colour codes prior to purchasing.  Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about colour codes.

*Replacements will not be given for improper installation.  Please read instructions in their entirety, then watch the YouTube video which will walk you through the process before you attempt to install yourself.  Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about installation.

Refunds & Returns

Currently, we do not offer refunds as each item is made to order to each persons individual vehicle. Once your order has entered into production, you can not cancel your item as we have started to produce it. Custom orders can not be refunded, or returned only replaced if there is any issue with the delivered products. 

Your information is safe with us, we are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We will not share, sell, or rent this information to anyone.

Your email and contact information will be used to respond to you in the event you contact us.  We will not share your email address, or your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order request e.g.) to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new updates, new products and services, as well as any changes to our policies.  We also promote our products with our e-newsletter, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

DO NOT wash your vehicle for 24 hours after installing, doing so may interfere with overlay bonding, and may void your warranty.

Wash your emblem as you would the rest of your vehicle, holding the pressure washing wand at the recommended 1.5 - 2 ft away from your vehicle. Do not hold the pressure washer directly on the overlay for a prolonged period as like any other part of your vehicle, such pressure could cause damage.

  Turn Around Time

All products are handmade, made to order, and depending on the complexity of the design may take more time than others; production time is estimated anywhere between 1 - 8 business weeks. Turn around can be extended at any time due to complexity of orders as well as amount of orders.

In the coming months, we will be introducing a guaranteed 2 week turnaround to ensure items are out quick and efficiently.

 When filing a disupute with your financial company, you void any warranty with your product.
