This option is for advanced custom orders. Orders are based off the complexity of your idea. We generally base price off of render work done. Advanced orders can differ from the following things: Complexity of render, mutliple renders (3 are included), multiple additions, complete change of render.

In order to have your custom order come out the way you invision it, we need to be able to keep in contact with each other during the creation of your idea! Please make sure you use an email you can check regularly and have your notifications turned on!

NOTE** Custom orders can sometimes take longer due to the nature of the custom. Our turn around is 2-3 weeks for normal. 3-4 weeks at times for customs. We also dont offer refunds for custom orders as they are completely custom to the customers liking. It is also stated inside our policies at the bottom!

All products are handmade, made to order, and personally verified for quality prior to shipping, but if you are unhappy with any item/product please contact us directly at this email. One Year Replacement Warranty

*Replacement orders will be replaced with the same order details, e.g. colour, font, design etc.

*Does not cover blatant abuse/tampering such as cutting, burning, direct and continued contact with pressure washer etc.

*Will not replace for wrong colour choice, please review, and verify your desired colour codes prior to purchasing. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about colour codes.

*Replacements will not be given for improper installation. Please read instructions in their entirety, then watch the YouTube video which will walk you through the process before you attempt to install yourself. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions about installation.

Refunds & Returns

Currently, we do not offer refunds as each item is made to order to each persons individual vehicle. Once your order has entered into production, you can not cancel your item as we have started to produce it. Custom orders can not be refunded, or returned only replaced if there is any issue with the delivered products.
Your information is safe with us, we are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not share, sell, or rent this information to anyone.

Your email and contact information will be used to respond to you in the event you contact us. We will not share your email address, or your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order request e.g.) to ship an order.
DO NOT wash your vehicle for 24 hours after installing, doing so may interfere with overlay bonding, and may void your warranty.

Wash your emblem as you would the rest of your vehicle, holding the pressure washing wand at the recommended 1.5 - 2 ft away from your vehicle. Do not hold the pressure washer directly on the overlay for a prolonged period as like any other part of your vehicle, such pressure could cause damage.
Turn Around Time

All products are handmade, made to order, and depending on the complexity of the design may take more time than others; production time is estimated anywhere between 1 - 8 business weeks. Turn around can be extended at any time due to complexity of orders as well as amount of orders.

In the coming months, we will be introducing a guaranteed 2 week turnaround to ensure items are out quick and efficiently.
